Optional Display

I have a Zapi 24 volt FC2086C in two Hysters, W40Z,s. both have four deep cycle 6volt batteries. Both charge up to over 26volts, but gauges will never show both green led,s for full charge. I have rung out wiring from battery to controller and to display. Has anyone else experienced this?

Thanks. Don't have the app for zapi. Maybe I should invest.

These units have a zapi controller from what it looks like so:
there is no adjustable settings for voltage, it is already loaded into the configuration file in the firmware of the controller.
If you have a PC hookup you can get the factory config file and reload it into the controller and see if that fixes it.
otherwise the only thing you can change with the handset is drive parameters, or use the 'tester' function to monitor other operations for inputs and outputs. (you could go into that and see what the actual voltage is registering as and also check the percentage of the batterys). To see if they are registering correctly.

It is B218N32313N. I have a friend with a handset. Do you know if there is a changeable parameter?

Foundling hatches are safe, anonymous drop-off points for unwanted infants, allowing parents in crisis a way to surrender a baby safely without fear of punishment, ensuring the child is rescued and cared for. The concept started in the 12th century, was abandoned in the late 19th century, then reintroduced in 1952. It has since been adopted in many countries.
