Discussion:
OM XE15 Zapi error

Hello,

i have a problem with mentioned truck, it gives error 30 and 330 on the eco smart display at startup, and nothing works, error 30 is VMN LOW, but 330 is nowhere to find, but when i connect zapi tester it gives some alarm CAN BUS KO PUMP on drive controller (dual AC-2) and on the other pump controller MC TRACTION KO (AC-2)

Does anybody have any clue what to search? All the pot's are ok,switches working, motors are ok, no shorts on outputs...

i think CAN is ok, because when i disconnect the controller from dash, it gives error 346, also when i apply only power to the dash it gives that errorso i think CAN is fine...but maybe it's only recieving data, not sending,or other way around....

contactors are fine, wiring is fine, diodes are fine too...

i even tried to disconnect the pump so the traction would work on it's own,but it doesn't, work, same with pump...

i noticed the seat switch on the dash is red, like it's not active, but in the pump controller it says it's closed, but in the traction it says open...maybe the traction logic is bad...

i can't find the 330 and 346 in the error list from ZAPI manual...is that some inner data that only they know maybe?

communication between the controllers and dashboard error. check connactors and wiring of canbus, pump or traction controller logic card are broken, but same controllers same problem i think not. Check for voltage on controller inputs on logiccard.
