old komatsu forklift

looking for help with an old komatsu fg105 lpg forklift with a datsun/nissan engine, it is a project bought as non runner, it is not going to be doing any serious work just lifting the odd thing round the garage but still want it to be right, got it going now but need service info, want to change all fluids and filters does the torque convertor have a filter and what oil does it use?, forks lift up and down fine but tilting forward is slow and straines engine what causes this? steering is heavy, it has no hydraulic assistance what can be done to make this easier?
