Not working

Hi there I have Lansing E20 2001 was all good and stop working, after long diagnosing I find that voltage converter faulty, after replacing start moving forward and reverse but Notting else work turning lifting shifting etc , I opened drive ecu and see burned resistor and diode , after replacing them it started working all perfectly for 2 days and today stop first driving after stop and all other things only dash lights and wipers work I check same diode and 4 ohm resistor still good , any suggestions?
