Hi MiP
actually the REC's are not like on the older systems
there is one large square one underneath the spider block assy, this is the #1 REC, then beside that are 2 smaller ones which are the #2 and #5 REC's.
Those silver diodes with pigtails you see are the #3 and #4 REC's.
If you want a panel schematic you can go to flight systems website and lookup the GE EV100LX manuals and they have all the information you need to identify and check these parts.
www. fsip. biz (remove the spaces i added to this url to make it work, or you can google fsip.biz and it should come up as the first hit. Go to the support pages and you can find technical manuals there for that panel.

Hi ,
Thanks for the info.
REC's are the big silver tail diodes, right?
I did check all 3 tested good.

Contactor was burnt , cleaned it and looks good now.

If you can provide me with a electrical schematic, it
will help me a lot.
How can I test the motor. ?
Thank you again.

Look ahead test for T2 volts. (greater than 85% of battery volts)
symptom: fwd/rev contactor will not pick up

possible cause:
-check for shorted 1REC
- check for defective 1REC insulator that may short 1REC heatsink to base plate.
-Defective 1A contactor power tips

check the 1A contactor and make sure the tips are not welded together.
then check the drive motor and cables, make sure there are no shorts, then of course check the 1REC.
