Toyota 7FGCU35BCS:
no start

Hello everyone. I hope somebody can give me a tip here. I have a toyota 7fgcu35bcs serial number 60350 here that has problems starting after sitting for a long time. It has the GM 4.3 liter v6 in it powered by propane, electronic throttle and approx 9538 hours on it. It turns over fine and has good spark. Eventually after alot of cranking and a little luck it starts. After it gets some heat into it it starts and runs great. The lock off solenoid is getting proper voltage and you can feel it clicking. Right now im leaning towards replacing the propane converter, but would like to pick your brains about any other areas to look before i spend alot of the owners money hoping it fixes it. Thanks in advance.

If the lp regulator is and Asian it could be full of oil and that is one of the symptoms. The other thing I have seen is that the ground cables are not big enough for the system and we have added another ground from the frame to the engine which has helped.
