Mitsubishi FGC25N:
no start

have a mitsu with the nissan k21 engine. Problem started with unit stalling out and not wanting to start. After it sits for a while then it starts. I have gone through the fuel system of the injector holder with all components. Iget fuel up into the fuel connection and if I remove the fuel injector assist I get fuel out of hole or if I remove the fuel pressure sensor I also get fuel out of the hole. But When I removed the air horn I felt pressure flow coming out of injector hole while cranking but no fuel smell. Unit had a fault code for camshaft sensor which I replaced at first and I was able to get it running by stating with either and then opening up the LPG gas and the engine stayed running. But when I turned it off since then I have'nt been able to start it. I replaced the LPG fuel injector assist, still nothing.I chkd the timing and it is timed right. When I crank it over it sounds like it makes combustion but no start. I have power going to my ECM , I have tested the main fuel injectors resistance and I have 1OHM as per manual. What I have'nt chkd correct is the fuel controller, but since I don't have the right test chart I did chk the injector driver but at the fuel injector itself while cranking and I only get 1.5volts. and manual says I should get about 10.5volts.Replaced the plugs new, I tryd starting engine by using gasoline before I got this far and I was able to get it started and then open the LP tank and enigne ran perfect, but since then it won't start anymore.I do have spark at the plugs but no start. Also I donot get any fault codes at all. If anyone has info please reply Thanks.

Hi,
we have a Mitsubishi FGE25T with Nissan K21 engine. Similar symptons, everything seems ok but the engine does not start, all the 4 injectors sprays at the same time. On the end we changed the fuel pump in the gasoline tank. Since that engine works well.

Hi My friend
I have this problem with nissan-forklift MC01Z15 k15 engine.
What I should to do for this problem?
Did you get any luck with the problem you had?
I hope you did.

I am having quite the same problem same make and same Nissan engine lpg. The only thing in mine is that if i pulse manually the assist injector during cracking, it will start and if kept at half throttle for a minute , it will then run without any problems, and the assist injector works fine when the full throttle is applied, but not during cranking.
I am not sure if it needs to work during starting or will the ecm use the main injector to start.

Quite **** off now, i am an electrical technician and i repair other stuff for this client but this lifter was an extra, which will not accept another time.

Any help appreciated.

Regards
