No start no crank

Hyster S120FT PRS H004V01929L Turn key on display brings up temp and hours with all values are 8's. Then starts 30 countdown to Shutdown. Will not accept 3 star entry code. Will not accept any input. Need to know next step.

Is the truck outside? This sometimes happens if the display gets cold. The last one I had do this needed a new display. The first thing the factory will tell you is reinstall the CDF file in the VSM. A dealer will need to do this.
