Hyster H120FT:
No power to dash or anything and blows fuse instanly

No power to dash or anything but fuse box does have power
It blows the 25a F8 battery fuse as soon as ya try to put new one in
I can unplug from computer and it doesn't blow fuse?? Thinking maybe short in computer?? Or
