I would think this truck is repaired by now, but just in case, squidman is correct. Check the 3 rec. Many of these go bad. Do a simple test, see if the cap has a charge. That will eliminate all card testing as the 2 rec wont fire unless the safety and power inputs to the card are satisfied. If not, go back & check card inputs, 2,1,5 rec's etc...

In my first reply Posted 15 May 2007 3:03 PM,I referred to TB11-1 through 6. TB11 is the inputs to the EV100MT card. And TB11-1 is the accelerator potentiometer input,to the SCR card.

QUOTE"TB1 should have batt volts."

TB11-1 is the Accelerator potentiometer input, and should read 3.5 to 4.0 volts in neutral and near 0 volts at full throttle position. Not battery volts :(

Wow == the guys are right the six screws on the control card are your TB inputs & outputs that is a simple truck to work on.

TB1 should have batt volts also 2 & 3 & 4 you can make a jumper wire from 2-3 this is usually all your brake switches etc - when you have power at these pionts 5& 6 which are fwd & rev should come in when control handle is moved check all of the 15 amp glass fuses on the top right hand side of door panel above platform

Post your results & we will go from there

TB 11 is the terminal strip with 6 screw terminals on the control card. The top row is terminals 1, 2,3. The bottom row is terminals 4,5,6. Terminal 1 should be between 3.0 and 3.7 volts with the key on and the control handle in nuetral. Terminals 2, 3, and 4 must be battery voltage to travel. Terminal 5 must be battery volts to go forward. Terminal 6 must be battery volts to go reverse. If you don't have battery volts on 2,3, 4 and at least either 5 or 6, it is not going to travel.

It puzzles me that you have no codes. What is it reading on the handset? It should at least give you the state of charge of the battery or the hourmeter reading. If you have nothing, maybe you have no negative or posotive supply to the card.

With the battery connected, what voltage readings do you get at TB11-1 through 6. Also voltage reading at T2,should be about half of battery volts.

A1 contactor or directional contactors do not pull in, battery indicator does not display codes but i used a hand set and there was not any codes. The voltage between t2 and batt- with battery disconected is 0 volts hope this is enough info I hope you can help thanks
