I have a 2016 A38E aerial lift. All was working fine. It was stored, now no functions can be performed except for slew (and just 1-2" in either direction). Batteries are good, plenty of juice. Fuses,cables, hyd. fluid, etc. I did notice however, when I attempt to command a function, the contactor does NOT energize, thus the pump does not start. All voltages seem to be in the ballpark when compared to results with a working same model unit. Traction motors read correct voltages as well.
