Discussion:
No ignition or power on the display.

Went to start up my FL and nothing. Battery is resting at 13v. I checked all of the fuses and they have continuity. I even swapped the key switch module with another of my Hysters and nothing. I did pull the harness that goes into the bottom of the column display and none of the pins have 12v either.

Where do I go from here?

You need to start from the beginning. Is there power anywhere in your fuse/relay box? Those can be bad for problems inside. Check for "B+" and B- at the fuse box and then go to the fuses/sockets and check there.
