no hydraulic functions -202

I have a machine that has no hydraulic functions because the pump is not running. tested micro switches on control valve to make sure they are working and manually activated relay for hydraulic pump and it works. battery voltage good. not getting the ground from controller.

The capacitors are charged through a resistor internal in the pump controller, and cannot be fixed in the field. You need to replace the pump controller. The replacement will also need to be programmed with a zapi handset once it's installed. This will need to be done by a forklift technician preferably from a Clark dealer but anyone familiar with zapi systems and in possession of a zapi console can do it.

Code 202 is stating that the inverter is trying to charge the caps in the pump controller when the key is turned on but it is taking to long as it is timed out. Then the code will come up 202 hope this helps.
