no go left motor

motor will operate if a screwdriver activates the mfl contact---have rebuilt the left forward and reverse contacts--still no go--last week replaced the rotary steering sensor because the was an issue where e forklift would cease to operate in mid turn-- last code in history was f4 three different times --nothing else--any thoughts or ideas will be appreciated--
