Discussion:
No forward + Reverse

We have the following truck stuck in the middle of the warehouse where it was dumped on a pallet by a courier. Its a BT S10, originally throwing a C28 when actuating the lift button this has now resolved and the fork lift mechanism works as it should.

The current issue is the pallet truck will not move forward nor reverse. When actuating there is not clicks or anything of the sort nor is there any error codes.

wiring has been checked, the two contactors appear to be working (pump + main), fuses are ok...have scoped out the CAN lines for the logic board and they appear to be ok.

any suggestions?

Have you checked the switch in the steering arm?
When pulling down you should hear a click of the main contactor.
Also sometimes the elektromagnetic brake disc can be stuck.
Loosen the brake at top of the motor and see if motor will turn

Good luck

Fact of the week
The two internal cavities in our nose called nostrils function as separate organs. Each nostril has its own set of turbinates and olfactory receptors. The two independent organs work together through a mechanism called the nasal cycle, where one nostril is dominant for air intake while the other rests and is better at detecting scents.
