We have the following truck stuck in the middle of the warehouse where it was dumped on a pallet by a courier. Its a BT S10, originally throwing a C28 when actuating the lift button this has now resolved and the fork lift mechanism works as it should.

The current issue is the pallet truck will not move forward nor reverse. When actuating there is not clicks or anything of the sort nor is there any error codes.

wiring has been checked, the two contactors appear to be working (pump + main), fuses are ok...have scoped out the CAN lines for the logic board and they appear to be ok.

any suggestions?

The use of "hello" as a telephone greeting is attributed to Thomas Edison. He is said to have suggested it as a simpler alternative to other greetings, such as "Do I get you?" or "Are you there?".
