Forklift,
Check for battery voltage at pin1 of the controller with key switch off. If no voltage and fuses are good, check wire. With key switch on check for voltage at pin 12. This comes through the key switch. If all voltages are good, replace controller. Good Luck
Fishmech.Thank you for the advice. Battery voltage was good. This is a power stacker so it does not have an estop or a line contactor. I also tested the tiller handle switch. It is magnetic but the built in led indicated it is functioning. No codes show up on the BDI but lift/lower and travel functions do not work. The horn does not even work. I am thinking controller but without a wiring diagram it's hard to test it.
Forklift,
What is the battery voltage? If it is above 24 volts, take the power cable coming in from the batteries and bolt it to the supply cable coming off the E-stop to the controller. This will take the E-stop out of the circuit and confirm if it is bad. There have been multiple wires around and behind the E-stop that have broken and need repair for similar models. The BDI should show any codes listed in the controller. Check all connectors at the controller for corrosion or failed connections. You can also do the same with the main contactor, connect both cables together, but you must have the drive wheel off the ground to be safe. Good Luck.
