no controls

none of the controls on the armrest function. no forward or reverse either. display reads: seat sensor hydraulic interlock. i think water got into the junction box mounted on the right side of the seat. i have 12 volts on two of the smaller wires going into the junction box. should i replace the junction box(wire harness)?

The seat sensor is hall effect. Do you have access to the service level password in the display? If you ohm out the wires in the seat harness you should be able to tell if there is a short or open wire. You may also have a bad sensor.
