Do you hear the pump run when you push reach or tilt?
If you hear pump react, but no aux functions, you may have a broken overmast cable

I HAVE A EASI WITH THE SAME PROBLEM. HAS STEERING
BUT NO REACH ,TILT.SIDE SHIFT.
NOT GETTING VOLT TO THE HYD MANIFOLDS SOLENOIDS

fuse in the filter assembly was the issue
if that fuse goes you lose aux functions
filter assembly is an option and is not found in all trucks
