NICHIYU FBRFW20 UC11 500MZ Problems with speed control

Hi Guys,

Our forklift is taking off in forward.
When you put your foot down and once the contact engages it will just take off.
After you release it a large spark is created.
Reverse or the other functions do not have any problems.

Ca anyone offer some advice and possibly a link to a service manual.
