I have a E40 HSD S/N A219N03178F. When driving at slow speeds the is a voltage drop and lift hesitates when moving slow forward or reverse. All other functions work fine. Would really appreciate any ideas on this. Thank You

One thing I forgot to add was when I raise the wheels off the ground I don't have a problem with it dropping voltage.

first, make sure the battery has a decent charge on it, if not then charge it and see if anything changes.
second, check all the connections, battery plug, all power cables at the motors and on the contactors.
third, if the machine has mode settings turn it up, if all the way up then turn it down and see if there is any difference.
lastly, you may need to get a tech to check it with the laptop and make sure all the settings are correct in the performance modes and base settings.
