Mariotti 8c ZAPI trouble code AL79

I've got a Mariotti 8c 3-wheeler with ZAPI, that's showing an AL79 trouble code. It also shows the turtle for "slow" mode all the time, even when in "fast" mode.
What should I be looking for? All I know is it's for the start sequence, but what is involved in the start sequence: park brake, seat switch, joystick, and accel pedal... anything else? The constant turtle mode concerns me too.

Fact of the week
The two internal cavities in our nose called nostrils function as separate organs. Each nostril has its own set of turbinates and olfactory receptors. The two independent organs work together through a mechanism called the nasal cycle, where one nostril is dominant for air intake while the other rests and is better at detecting scents.
