Losing lift and side shift

Losing lift and side shift fault code 69 on truck doctor. Any ideas guys?

Well, looks like problems with the the wires or control module A2.
The truck, when started goes through the self test and the relais in the control module closes and stays closed. You can check it on the big plug X13 between pins X13:116 and X13:118. There is probably more than 4V.
Check the wires between X13:118 and the 2Y1 pin 1 and 2Y2 pin. 1
2Y1 and 2Y2 are the lowering and lifting valves. Perhaps there's no conduction there.
But probably you have the controller A2 problem...
