Line contactor voltage problems

Ser # 62620
Main line contactor melted, I replaced complete unit to find the voltage for the pull in coil was low causing the contacts to partially pull in and overheat.
Now I have no voltage reading going to the coil and the fuse is good. What activates or powers this contactor or which circuit board ?
