LINDE T16 sn;W41152Z00646 fault E228

Hello, Can someone help me with an errorlist of a Linde pallettruck? We get an error E228 but I don't have anything of this machine.
Any help would be great.
Kind regards

Hello marc_b

According to my data, the error code numbers on this truck series are from 1 to 499, so the code 1203 doesn't fit to this.
But maybe my documents are outdated.

The code E228 makes sense - it says:
- the driving potentiometer voltage is too low.

Result - problems with the traction
