oke , if you sure the 24 volt system are oke , you have power on dash and all controller. If not going on dash defect , but i think not.

that is not problem, I tried, where can I purchase electric schemas for this forklift truck?

Check first 24 volt converter and circuit. Cooling fan drive motor defect , disconnect the fans and look converter on armrest have 24 volt , green led lights up. dash board shows always lights and clock time , when not 24 volt error i think
