OK. Thanks for information. But old display was.15 , and no error 230, i replace it because battery indicator was blocked on 100% , and no change when battery is low voltage.
So i replace.15 with.15 then i get error 230. but now battery indicator work fine.
I check in my LSG 5.2.2, the correct display is.22 , and order a.22 remanufactured display from TVH. But I received from TVH a.15 , and fit it on machine.
Again , thanks for all.
According to spare parts, on "06 Electrical Controls --> 06/110 Instruments & Key switch" the current part number (old part 15) does not correspond to your current serial number of your truck, which should be using the part number ending with.22. It might be an incompatibility on the current display (.15). 'Spare Parts' Remarks says that the serial numbers up to G1X115T52897 should be using the display's part number ending with.22
Machine number : G1X115T51785 , part number of display only last 2 digits (15) , in pathfinder battery settings have 2 display old part.15 and new.22 , machine is with number.15 display.
Can you provide the full serial number of your Linde Truck and the complete part number of the installed display?
Yes, all setting is OK.
But in section display-supplies battery voltage is 50.7V, in traction/hidraulic-supplies battery voltage is 49.9V.
I check voltage direct to battery with voltmeter , is correct. Only display is 0.8V more.
error 230 is registered in display error logs always when truck is switch ON.
Did you set the battery capacity (Ah), the disconnection point, and the battery discharge alarm in the Display section on the LSG?
