Hi,

I'm having a problem with a Linde H30D
. Fault D156 on display when key on. Truck starts 9 out of 10 times when it starts fault disappears. Also sometimes you can't select direction. Any ideas?

Thx

Fault T 235
Precondition:
An invalid combination of travel direction signals has been detected.

For dual-pedal trucks only the following combination is permitted:
N1:37 N1:36 N1:72 N1:56
1 1 1 0
In case of all other combinations a fault is signalled.

In the case of single-pedal trucks a fault is signalled if the following combinations are present:
N1:37 N1:36 N1:72 N1:56
0 0 0 X
1 X 1 X
X X X 0

0 = open, 1 = connected to ground, X = signal not evaluated

Effect on the truck:
Stop

Possible causes:
1. Travel direction switch (1S2) defective.
2. Coding connector (1X3) defective.
3. Connection between controller (N1:36, N1:37, N1:56, N1:72) and coding connector (2-pedal truck) or travel direction switch (1-pedal truck) faulty.
4. Strong magnetic fields in connection with single-pedal trucks may cause unplausible signals at the reed contacts of the travel direction switch.
