Hello,
Please I need a help with my new to me forklift Linde H16T EVO 2017 10900 hours is running rich, I smell a gas from exhaust when im moving over the forklift. The carburetor/mixer impco 55 cannot be adjusted manually it is blocked from year 2015 by factory, all spark plugs are new, the impco c-Rex vaporizer is also new, cleaned out mixer impco55, intake manifold pressure sensor is properly cleaned. Does it needs to be adjusted by diagnostic ? Or what i should try ? It is it normal (the smell of lpg) ? Please. The cut off valve keeps ticking when engine is cold, i cleaned it out it was dirty, maybe i will try to buy a new one.
Many thanks for all yours advice

So i figured it out, it was the trim valve, i cleaned it before, but it was blocked 1way!!on up side. I installed new ticking went away and the forklift smells just little when cold!
Thanks for reply.
There is no light on a dash.
I will try to change the trim valve, costs a few money, maybe it does not hold tight vacuum, when it should do.
That is the trim valve , the lockoff mounts on the vaporizer or in line to LP tank that opens and lets LP into vaporizer the trim valve is working if it acts like what you described
Is there a light on on the dash readout ?
If you checked other items you may have to get someone with a laptop and program to get into engine controller to look at readings
And check for any ghost codes
Hello! So i found out that the valve what is locking vacuum right before vaporiser(what is ticking) when i plug 12v into the pierburg valve, and the valve opens, the forklift doesnt go rich on propane, but not running smooth like with valve open. So there is probaby some problem in electric, there is no problem in the plug(bad connection) there is orange-black cable, that is having 108K OHMS, i dont think that is O.K. Any tips for it please?
Many thanks for response. The aluminized material looks little worn (the color inside the cylinder is little worn). The nylon ring was very dirty inside, the ring does not look bad, but im not a pro ?? so it could be worn cilynder of mixer ?
Many thanks
The mixer has a round disc that has a nylon ring seal on it below the disc is a spring that pushes the disc up for idle. the rest is aluminized metal ,basically as you accelerate the round disc pulls down allowing air/ fuel to enter throat thereby allowing to accelerate
If no leaks the spring or seal could be worn. Allowing too much fuel at idle or vaporizer could be allowing too much fuel to enter mixer
Hi! Many thanks for reply, runs and accelerate perfectly. Last thing i didnt checked is the throotle body, If it is not messy under the valve..
If you would know, what part in the mixer could be in bad condition that it could make too much strong vacuum ?
Many thanks
Is it possible that you have a leak somewhere ?
The ca 55 is mostly mechanical operated by vacuum. does it run and accelerate properly?
There are several things that can cause your issue , faulty vaporizer, leaking vaporizer
Leak at mixer (ca55) not burning all the fuel caused by timing first check for leak at ca55 and vaporizer as it is running and not running also all hose and connections ,check timing ,the ca 55 has a plunger that as you accelerate it pulls down allowing fuel and air into engine that's basically all it does the other thing is check timing.make sure engine venting properly and no fuel leak the clicking is possibly the trim valve sounds as though a leak or not getting correct mixture of fuel and air
Without knowing if runs and accelerates properly it's hard to distinguish
