Linde H100D 1401 hydraulic problem does not lift

Hi, I'm having a problem with my Linde 1401 series forklift. The forklift has stopped lifting and tilting the mast. The pump isn't applying pressure to the hydraulic distributor (wheel steering is working fine). When the problem first occurred, I cleaned one of the valves on the retarder block. Now, despite disassembling and inspecting the entire retarder, the truck still won't lift. Any ideas?
