there must be a little orange led that light up when sensor gives signal and off when sensor is not aligned with the counting metal strip. Look at the sensors, metal strip and also at the main harness under the battery tray where it is clamp. When you reach in and outthe cable move and can sometimes break one of its wire inside the harness. Good luck

I assume that the thing normally caused by the reach in/out sensors as gc-d advised above, otherwise you have to use the laptop to do calibration for these sensors.

Hi , check sensors on reach frame and the metal strip on the chassis , check of the sensors read the strip.
If it's 115-03 check, if the valve is properly set (with Pathfinder).
If it's OK, check the valve itself (it's on control valve - on section resposible for the reach).
We encountered two such cases in last year and once it was adjustment issue, another time it was the valve.
