there must be a little orange led that light up when sensor gives signal and off when sensor is not aligned with the counting metal strip. Look at the sensors, metal strip and also at the main harness under the battery tray where it is clamp. When you reach in and outthe cable move and can sometimes break one of its wire inside the harness. Good luck
