Discussion:
Lift Stuttering, Air in Hydraulicsystem

Hello,
i have a problem with a Linde E12 386. It seems that the Hydraulic pump is getting Air from somewhere. It makes Noise and the Liftfunction is stuttering. I changed the Tank and the Pump already, but that didnt solve the problem. The Suctionhose is not damaged and i have no external leaks. Anyone have an idea?

thanks
F. K.

if the filter is becoming restricted so soon after a filter change i suspect the oil might be contaminated, i would have the oil tested and change it out to new oil with a new filter.

Hello,
i took the Filter out and than it worked without problems. I will replace the Filter next week. The strange thing is that the Filter was already new. We just changed it a few weeks ago...
