Discussion:
Lift problem

Hi
We have a strange problem with the above truck, F001 H2.0FTS, it is fitted with the mini levers
It will only lift if you rev the engine, tilt and sideshift all work on tick-over

Tried swapping the lift/lower wires over on valve block, problem swapped to lower, ie needed to rev the engine to lower lifts ok on tick-over

Tried swapping mini lever box onto another truck all worked ok

Any suggestions

PS think this truck has had this problem for a while but is masked by the fact that drivers get used to revving the engine to make it lift quicker normally

Just for any other persons information

Checked lift/lower valve output though the dash display, found 0.805 amps on lift, 1.130 on lower at tickover

Recalibrated mini levers although we had tried this numerous times before seems to have cured the problem
