Showing items 1 - 20 of 24 results.
By the way , when I say remove plug I am talking about plug on solenoid on hyd control valve there are three to four black square plugs
That you have to push in a wire clamp to disconnect

On hyd control valve remove the tilt plug and put it on side shift then tilt forward or back
If side shift works you have issue with wiring or hyd valve solenoid
Since you replaced LHC that eliminated it
I suspect a bad plug or bad solenoids on valve

Hi both

Similar issue on our H25T 392, think ours is 2007. No lift or sideshift, but tilt works fine. Previously had joystick replaced a couple years ago but this time no code. Workshop we've sent it to have diagnosed "ECU" (presume they mean the hydraulic controller as you've been discussing) but sceptical as we have tilt.
Price we're being given for parts is a couple £k.
Could anyone advise the right P/N for the controller?

Just be aware that you may need to set tilt angle unless it was already set for the unit it came from and hopefully it was same upright as yours or you could have a tip over ,if you do get it working with the new control put a degree locator on mast tilt forward all the way and see what degree it is
Then same with back let me know and I can tell you if it is correct

my Lhc is 3903606382, but I didn't found cheap unit with same number. I found with is 3903601355.Bith are with same sockets. My forklift is log with only lhc module, another I think is from diesel with lhc and ecu for diesel.

The numbers should be on LHC
The LHC and engine control are different
The LHC should be on left of engine control closest to fuses check the number on old one against new should be same when and if you do get another you will have to have a laptop with Linde program to set tilt angle , etc

My main concern is not bad fuse but missing fuse or relay if you had a diagram of fuse snd relay positions it would show if any are not in place or in wrong place I will check and see if I can locate the correct wiring schematic with fuse location

Do you have layout for fuse and relays ?
If you can find the signal wire from LHC
To the coils then you can check for volts
If I remember right it will not be battery from volts
It will be around 5 volts or so from LHC to coils
You may be getting the correct signal but have a valve issue Linde is one of the units that will throw a code for any voltage interruption ie coil or wire issue.generally the wire goes from
LHC to a relay and fuse to the coil

I have one diagram for 393 ,but for joystick pins are same.Ecu don't recognize signal for lift and to engage hydraulic.

Could be , but first do you have or cs. You get a wiring diagram ?
I hate to replace the LHC unless we do some test if you don't or can't get one I will see if I can

Hi I test it and jostick is combined. With tilt it give error ,with lift doesn't give error.Wiring to ecu double checked and is good. What you think is bad ecu?

Easy test of new joystick with key off
Pull back a little on joystick (either one ))and hold there then start unit it should display error code if the controller is seeing that then it is reading the new joystick and as I mentioned
Either you have bad wiring to lift and side shift coils on hyd valve or bad coils or you have a faulty controller

Hi, If you remove the little plastic cover off the bottom of your old joystick you can actually see the tracks of the potentiometers. Spray some contact cleaner in and work a little. This may get old working again for you to prove.

Fact of the week
Bluetooth is named after the 10th-century Viking king, Harald Bluetooth, who united warring tribes in Denmark and Norway. In 1997, Jim Kardach from Intel gave the name to the technology because of its ability to unite different communication protocols, just as Harald united various tribes.
