Discussion:
lift cut out

Good morning, I've got a Yale NDR030EA swing reach with a lift cut out issue I'm trying to solve. The lift handle went out, I replaced it and got the unit up and running again but now when the carriage is raised above 3-4 feet the lift function slows. Travel is fine no effect to it but the raise and lower is slow until the carriage goes below 3-4 feet. I can lower it all the way down and everything resets too normal until the carriage is raised again then the cycle repeats. Does anyone know what causes this? could it be calibration of the height needs learning?

Thank you sir and I found the issue on the other unit. The steer encoder, and ring are missing. I found a junk unit that still has all the parts so I will start there. Again thank you for your time, just a few minutes has saved me much headache.

Nick,

Will need to complete the setup for the raise and lower of the mast. The encoder needs to see the mast completely raised then lowered through the dash display. Each function must be saved into the controller. The password for the display is all 5s. Go to calibration and mast. Good Luck.

The hard to do we do right away. The impossible just takes a little longer.

The black box flight recorder was invented by Australian scientist David Warren in the mid-1950s. While initially met with indifference in Australia, his invention gained international recognition, particularly in the UK, and is now a mandatory piece of safety equipment on all commercial aircraft.
