LE20 problem

so at my work place we have an LE20 (electric) forklift but for the past day or so we keep getting this "seat error" message when the forklift turns on. Sometimes it will work but after traveling a few meters the forklift will stop and show the error message again.

Can anyone explain/help me on this problem?

It should have and if not should be fitted with one as it would not pass a Certificate of Thorough Examination.
Have you got the serial number of year of build as I can check? It may also be the park brake switch at fault as some, depending on year have the park brake switch linked into the seat switch wiring.
Are you an fork truck engineer? if not please be carefull when doing any electrical fault finding and make sure the drive wheel are jacked up!

We haven't seen a seat switch, will there be one located on the forklift?
Will check over the wiring now.

The seat switch or associated wiring may have a fault.

Fact of the week
The origin of "love" as the score zero in tennis is debated, but two main theories prevail. One suggests it's derived from the French word "l'oeuf" (egg) which resembles the shape of the number zero. The other proposes it's related to the Dutch word "lof" meaning "honour" as players might be playing for honour when scoreless.
