Komatsu FG30HT-14:
Komatsu fg30 power steering

Fg30HT -14 Has "armstrong" steering only. Steering is connected to hydraulic pump and everything else pumps fine. No power assist. Local mechanics request book. Is this something simple and where can I buy the shop reference text ?

The hydraulic pump has one section on the pump for the steering only and another section for the rest of the hydraulics. Take the pump. Take it apart and check the steer section for damage, or replace the whole pump. Good luck.
