Discussion:
Kalmar (DRF) Not Accepting Service Code

Hi all,
I'm trying to input the service code into a DRF reach-stacker. I know the codes are correct for this machine but the display will not register the numbers when trying to enter them. I know the keypad is good as all other functions work.
Any help would be much appreciated and thanks in advance for your advice.

Yes for other machines these codes have worked fine. This machine is new to us so not for this machine. The codes are not being rejected as the dash will not even allow digit entry.

Have you ever been able to access the diagnostic, initiation menus previously using the codes you have?

Hi,
We have multiple codes for various levels of access, but the display is not even registering that the button is being pressed. The keys are good as they perform other functions ok. It's like the dash has been locked out.

Foundling hatches are safe, anonymous drop-off points for unwanted infants, allowing parents in crisis a way to surrender a baby safely without fear of punishment, ensuring the child is rescued and cared for. The concept started in the 12th century, was abandoned in the late 19th century, then reintroduced in 1952. It has since been adopted in many countries.
