The operator says once in a while the the forks will stop while lifting. He says he can hear the pump spining but it is not going up with the lever back. He describes the sound like a pump running out of oil. If he fiddles around with a bit, drive backwards, or lower the forks, it works again. It seems to happen at any height. Any ideas? Thanks.
