I hv problem with erc 216
Error 2121 when teach in the steering
Happy to say our Jungheinrich lives again. quite a experience.
I worked for Crown Lift Trucks for many years as a Field Service Tech.
So many new forklifts were breaking down within the initial 60 days, that I just got fed up with the aggravation and I quit.
Hope that you get the help that you need.
still sitting there collecting dust. all I can say is that if you are going to buy Jungheinrich in the Midwest, get two so you have a spare.
I know what I said but frustration is high.
update from the distributor/service dept.
THE TRAVEL/LIFT CONTROLLER WAS ORDERED
IT IS ON BACK ORDER FROM JUN. WE ARE TRYING TO EXPIDITE IT BUT I DON'T YET HAVE AN UPDATE ON ETA.
I WILL LET YOU KNOW WHEN I HEAR ANYTHING
Please post when it does get repaired.
still down I don't think I am going to post on this any further as my point is easy to understand.
We had a 2008 ETVQ recently that would not turn on intermittently and it turned out the to the LCD display which was at fault, if you banged it sometimes it would spark into life, new display from Jungheinrich was £6000!!
controller was all they told me?
Was it the Hydraulic controller they just replaced that didn't fix the problem?
Do you happen to know what fault code is appearing first?
Just want to help; I'm not familiar with Jungheinrich but I've been working on Crown & Raymond electrics for a long time.
Is there any chance that you've got a loose Power Cable at a Motor or Controller ? Lugs can disconnect from Cables if they are not crimped hard enough.
There might be a Deutsch Connector that might have a Pin or Socket that did not seat itself properly within the connector.
The node.8 refer to TRAVEL 1 this component isn't passing self test. I am guessing this is the controller they have changed. What is the serial number or year of manufacture?
they have looked up the codes and connected 4 times now. installed a controller, same problem our tech is trying to get the factory to ok a different controller to see if that is the issue. still trouble shooting.
0132.3 is a capacitor pre charger error, 2305.1 is power connection input + low voltage on hydraulics and 0180.8 error occurred during self test phase. The.8 on the 0180.8 refers to a component that has failed during self test. The other 2 codes could be a result of the failed self test. Connecting the laptop will tell them what component has failed during self test.
received it new December 2017 SN# 91118209. this is not to fault the technician. the factory and the dealership have made this agreement that insures the dealer gets the service call. then they don't do the work of training the service people. I have very competent techs working for me and after spending $160000.00 on two trucks the factory will not train or provide service manuals (at any cost) to help us help ourselves. so we sit waiting. unfortunately it is the sort of thing not considered and just accepted by corporations these days.
What year is the truck or have you got a s/no?
No surprise that the dealer has no clue, half the factory techs do not have enough training on ETVQ machines and have no clue on them.
update: tech came in today software fixed on his laptop he changed the controller that the Jungheinrich associate thought was the problem. Still down he is going to ask the factory what they think. and come back when he knows more.
