jungheinrich fault code 68

hello for a jungheinrich efgdfac16, serial no 89933258. Gives fault code 68, we have changed the seat checked the wiring, but still it gives 68, when drivers stays on seat truck will run all day, but when he leaves the seat and reenter the truck it will give 68, he must then turn key of and on, truck will run again.

Sound like you have either an incorrect seat switch or it is wired incorrectly.
It needs to be a switch with both normaly open and normaly closed contacts and when you sit on the seat one closes and one shuts and when you get off vice versa.
This is quite a common fault.
