Hi i have an jungheinrich eks 312 its a 2016 year truck. The project file version installed on the truck is LS_05_10_07. My judit is 4.35 and has latest updates but this project file is not available. Does anybody know the procedure to have this project file update added to judit? Do we have to request the file from jungheinrich? Will they supply it? Or are there other options, such as downloading the project from the truck to the pc?
I have been supplied a step by step guide on adding a different project file to the truck, but would like to keep original if possible.
