Can anybody help me with info on errror codes 20 and 21. The truck is a jungheinrich efg df15-416 3dz 500a, serial # 80352099. Error seems to occur after 30 mins of use.

Contact me through email mate if you want the card looked at for repairs. Or worst case if you want to get rid of the truck itself.
No this is 48v. spent three days on it now, no end of faults mainly as it has apparently been in the corner of a warehouse gathering dust for the last year.
These Jungheinrich cards are quite bad for failing in my opinion.
They are known to be very sensitive on the field circuit in particular to carbon dust build in the motors and damaging the controllers.
I have come across many with similar faults where you have these types of communication failures and we cannot get to the bottom of it and work out where the failure has occurred on the board.
For some reason the 80v truck controllers seem to have this problem more than the standard ones.
Is yours an 80v truck by any chance?
