These Jungheinrich cards are quite bad for failing in my opinion.
They are known to be very sensitive on the field circuit in particular to carbon dust build in the motors and damaging the controllers.

I have come across many with similar faults where you have these types of communication failures and we cannot get to the bottom of it and work out where the failure has occurred on the board.
For some reason the 80v truck controllers seem to have this problem more than the standard ones.

Is yours an 80v truck by any chance?
