JLG 1930ES Platform Controls Not Working

Have a 2005 model, key in ground control position, steady red light on board inside of ground control box and lift goes up and down from ground controls, but key in platform position the red light is on steady for a second then blinks six times, and nothing on the platform control works except the estop. can hear a relay click when either e stop is pushed and reset. Also hear a click when cable is unplugged from platform control.
