it doesn't move only lift

Good morning to the whole team
We have this JUNGHEINRICH EJC.A 12.5 G 115-360-ZT
lifting pallet truck which after a 1.5m drop does not walk
Only lifting works
Please anyone who knows help, I don't have a service manual
