Doosan (& Daewoo) B20T-5:
INTERMITTENT HYDRAULICS

All hydraulic functions work intermittently. No error codes showing except when truck is turned on message C1 is displayed briefly. No problems with drive function. Pump motor sometimes turns very slowly and then works correctly or not at all. Suspect either a faulty inverter or bearing encoder in pump motor. Identified and replaced one faulty battery cell but intermittent fault is still present.
Any thoughts or anyone experienced similar problem?
Problem was a Faulty lift encoder

Fact of the week
US Congress instituted a "debt ceiling" in 1917 to make it easier to finance mobilization efforts in World War I, while managing the budget. Before that, Congress generally had to authorize each bond issue. The debt ceiling was raised at least 90 times in the 20th century. The last raise occurred this year in June.
