Intermittent fault codes 0559 2249

working a Yale GDP 280DC. Drives great sometimes then under load will throw codes 0559 and 2249. Prior to me working on it it has had 2 high pressure pumps, pressure relief valve, fuel rail pressure sensor, aux electric lift pump added and fuel pump actuator. Fuel filters have been changed several times. Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks

These are both Metering rail 1 pressure below normal.
