Discussion:
Intermitted no crank condion once reaching operating temp

I have a 7FGCU20 that about 4-5 different techs have looked at. From my uhderstanding the customer has replaced the battery, relays in the fuse box, and fuel solenoid. The issue the unit is having is once it reaches normal operating temp (truck is not overheating) and you shut it off truck will not turn over. I thought i found the culprit when i found a break within the starting soleno8d wire and replaced the wire, however the problem still persists. Im kind of at a loss as when the truck does start it will start every time with out an issue. Only after you shut off after reaching normal operating temp. I dont have access to any full manuals. Just looking for some potental things that could cause the no crank situation.
